2. If you have received the damaged product or a wrong product, please send it back to us with your order number. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.

What is the Return/Exchange policy As a company policy we do not provide exchange on any product once sold. In case of return we only offer return of the product incase it is damaged or wrong product has been sent to you.

The product is returned back to us should be in the original condition (with brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories there in).

We will require proof in terms of a photo or a video to justify that the applied return follows the return policy of

You can write to us explaining the issue with the product (Will help to speed up the process if you can attach images and videos as well) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refund will be initiated within 3-4 working days of when the package is delivered back to us at greenloverstore in kerala . You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated. PS - Refunds will be issued as per the condition of the returned product. Given that the product is returned back to us with brands/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories .
